So what do I do?
I provide a discrete “handholding” service to clients who are unfamiliar with the processes of identifying and buying their chosen property in the Marbella region of the Costa del Sol. I bring a voice of calm familiarity to an otherwise wholly alien environment.
I consult to a leading Marbella-based, highly experienced and bi-lingual law firm. The law firm has a very solid reputation for working solely in its clients’ best interests. All legal advice and transactional services are provided solely by my colleague Abogados (Malaga Bar-regulated Lawyers) and Asesoría Fiscales (Tax Accountants).
I am not an estate agent, but I work with very reputable ones, to assist you to identify your perfect Marbella home.
